Return Policy

At Kratop, your satisfaction with the quality of our products is our priority. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return the product under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions

• You may return any unopened and undamaged product within 14 days from the shipping date.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with the heat seal intact. Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Procedure

• Before sending the product back, you must contact our support team. We will provide you with the necessary forms and return instructions. Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be issued a Credit Note for the same amount. You can use these funds to pay for any future orders in our store.

3. Costs and Responsibility

• The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

• We strongly recommend using shipping methods with tracking (tracking number). We are not responsible for items lost by courier services during the return process.
