While many companies still rely on household equipment and manual labor, we invest in professional technologies.

1. Sterility and Hygiene

Hygiene is our absolute priority. We have created one of the cleanest production environments in the ethnobotanical market:

• Air control: Industrial filtration systems and climate control equipment are installed in all facilities.

• Laminar flow cabinets: Whenever manual handling is required, we use laminar flow cabinets equipped with HEPA filters. The air inside them is purified to 99.99%, preventing dust or microorganisms from entering.

• Work areas: All surfaces and countertops are made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel, ensuring no chemical reactions and maintaining perfect cleanliness.

2. Laboratory Equipment

We strictly avoid using household appliances. All of our equipment is certified for use in the food or medical industries:

• Automated packaging: Bags are filled using automated packaging machines. This minimizes human contact with the product and eliminates the risk of contamination.

• Milligram precision: We use professional laboratory scales that undergo regular calibration and verification.

• Perfect blending: To create homogeneous batches, we use laboratory mixers operating on the Schatz principle. This ensures even distribution of components without damaging the product’s structure.

3. Product Storage

Proper storage is just as important as the production process itself.

• Climate control: Finished products are stored in specially equipped dark rooms with controlled temperature and humidity.

• Light protection: We prevent ultraviolet exposure to ensure that all active properties of botanical samples remain preserved in their original state.
