Packaging

We pay special attention to the way our products are stored and shipped. Every parcel is carefully prepared to ensure that the product maintains its quality and that your purchase remains completely discreet.

1. Internal Product Packaging

We use professional packaging solutions to ensure maximum freshness and durability:

• Airtight protection: Our products are packed in specialized bags with double protection — a built-in Zip-lock closure and an additional heat seal. This prevents accidental opening and protects the contents from air exposure.

• Materials: The bags feature a multi-layer structure (an inner layer of food-grade polyethylene with an aluminum coating and an outer layer made of durable kraft paper or matte plastic). This protects the product from moisture, light, and unwanted odors.

• Reusable design: After opening the heat seal, the bag can be conveniently resealed using the built-in zipper, allowing you to store the product safely at home.

2. Labels and Product Information

We understand the importance of privacy, which is why we use a neutral approach to product labeling:

The packaging includes only technical product information. We use completely neutral labels without a company logo or any mention of the Kratop brand.

3. Outer Packaging (Parcel)

From the outside, your parcel looks like a regular postal shipment:

• Neutral appearance: We use durable opaque courier envelopes or cardboard boxes. They contain no logos, promotional text, or any information about the contents.

• Sender details: The “Sender” field contains neutral information (such as an employee name or a technical company name) that is not related to ethnobotanical products.

4. Documentation

• Paper-free shipping: To protect your privacy and security, we do not include printed invoices, receipts, or promotional materials inside the parcel.

• Digital access: All information about your order and your electronic invoice are available in your personal account on the website or sent directly to your email.
